Working on several project teams on the design, implementation and transition to support of complex Healthcare Informatics, your primary role is to identify user needs and plan for the implementation of system customisation to meet the desired workflow. You will then guide the installation and provide training to end users.
With a clinical background within Imaging, you will have a thorough understanding of Radiology departments; clinical and technical workflow, site issues, training requirements, etc. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be confident of engaging and influencing customers at all levels, including senior clinical/management staff.
Highly motivated, customer focussed and able to identify and solve problems as they arise, you will enjoy pulling together people and resources to meet deadlines. A positive outlook and a willingness to travel extensively, you will spend the majority of your time in Belfast.
