Based at the company's HQ in Sussex you will be responsible for fielding technical questions, troubleshooting and providing technical support on the company’s microarray based technologies primarily focusing on the French speaking market.
Life sciences educated, preferably PhD qualified you will have a strong background in molecular biology coupled with microarray experience. You are a confident and enthusiastic communicator, able to build rapport with customers and offer a "better than the rest" service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking scientist to join a company that is growing from strength to strength.
