In this varied role you will be consulting, training, and supporting all levels of Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) across PCTs/SHAs/NHS Trusts/Commissioning Groups/GP on web based software programmes. The web based tools translate patient data into usable statistics which enable HCP’s, including Senior Managers/Chief Executives, to better understand their Trust’s performance and formulate, implement and track Service Delivery improvements, and understand patient experience.
Over and above the ‘systems training’, you will translate complex information/NHS data sets into high quality, insightful reports for management/board level business analysis/ care pathway reviews/ etc. You will support customers to embed the tools into their management information processes and drive active change management projects to add further value and ensure maximum benefits realisation.
As the primary contact you will gain a thorough understanding of your accounts’ needs in order to ensure customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty, negotiate contract extensions and promote new products/services where appropriate. You will also support new product development, sales and marketing teams, and feedback customer opinion.
Degree educated or as an allied health professional/Project Manager, you have experience of working with or in the NHS and ideally have a solid understanding of patient/ information flow. You also have experience of working with customers external to your organisation. Highly analytical, your skills include the ability to produce and interpret data, and you have polished communication skills to uncover customer needs, discuss sensitive information, propose changes, lead training (group and 1:1) and present with enthusiasm and professionalism.
